Lake Carolina Early Learning Center is based on the principle that each child deserves the chance to excel and explore in a supportive and nurturing environment. Here at Lake Carolina ELC, we offer safe, developmentally appropriate, nurturing and educational experiences for children and peace of mind for parents. We believe in partnering with parents and have an open door policy when it comes to discussing your child’s needs and concerns.
Our Director, Matthew McNeal, holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati in Early Childhood Care and Education as well as certifications in first aid, CPR, and special education. He has been in the professional education field for 15 years. During his college years, Matthew spent much of his time studying developmentally appropriate practices, child development, and various family/child issues. He also spent time working in several centers including the Arlitt Child and Family Development Center at the University of Cincinnati, which is one of the nation’s top ten accredited centers. Matthew is dedicated to children and their families and continues to strive for further understanding of child development and education.
